Jonathan K. Davis, known as The Mortgage Vet, is a U.S. Army Veteran, real estate investor, and mortgage professional with 16 years in the lending industry and an MBA. He works with investors on DSCR and rental loans, fix-and-flips, ground-up construction, and bridge loans.
